At The Oakland Partnership our focus is on the UK Leasing and Asset Finance industry. Our extensive daily advertising policy means we have a database of several thousand candidates with experience in the Leasing sector, a significant percentage of whom are registered with us exclusively. We are therefore able to interview and select the very best candidates for our growing base of clients. We are proud to say that these clients already include a majority of the UK’s leading Funders, many of the more prestigious Brokerages and a number of growing, entrepreneurial businesses, some of whom have recently moved into the sector.

Our highly experienced team use their unrivalled knowledge of the Leasing industry to contact, interview and carefully screen dozens of new candidates each week. It is very rare for us to recommend a candidate to one of our clients unless we have taken the time to meet and interview that person first. We believe this is the very least an employer deserves in return for the recruitment fee they pay. It is also why we choose to base ourselves in prestigious offices near St Pauls in the City of London, where most candidates can reach us easily.

This methodical approach means we do not waste our clients’ time with unsuitable candidates. In 2012 it resulted in an industry leading average of 1 job offer for every 2.8 candidates interviewed by our clients. It has also seen over 96% of the companies who worked with us for the first time make the decision to work with us again.

We aim to offer a truly comprehensive recruitment solution to our clients. Consequently, whilst our focus is firmly on the Leasing and Asset Finance sector we also work very closely with our sister company Oakland Associates, a long established and more generalist recruitment business. This means that in addition to supporting our clients with vacancies requiring specific Leasing knowledge, we are also uniquely placed and very willing to recruit less technical or more junior roles where Leasing experience is not required.
